I love my Kindle 2 very much. If considering to get the Kindle, just get it and you regret. Right now read over 10 books with the Kindle, and I really like the idea that I can bring and store all the books with the handy device. Besides, it uses the e-ink technology, it is really clear like reading books; and even I read with the device for long hours, I feel tired. My only complaint is the white case, right now all the Kindles are in white color… I think it will be cool if I can have a black or deep blue color Kindle

Anything that ends in html will send you to a web page. If your security is not current a web page can activate a program to run on your computer causing all kinds of problems. What to really watch out for is xxx.jpg.exe. They will cause problems for sure since it is a program. Since many people have viewing extensions turned off they do not see the exe. In fact the xxx.jpg.html can really be xxx.jpg.html.exe.

My advice is to go to folder options and turn on the option to always view extensions. Otherwise it is very easy to be fooled.

I own the Kindle 2, so let me give you some of my opinions. to say I love it! I think read over 30 books with my Kindle, no glitches so far!

One of the reasons I love my Kindle is that it has helped me improve a lot on my efficiency and utilize my time. Before I have the Kindle, waiting time like when waiting for friends or waiting for shuttle bus or some thing like that is simply wasted. Now I just need to bring the Kindle 2 along with me, and all my favorite books are inside it. Another thing I like the most is the text-to-speech function, which means I can "read" books without even holding or looking at the Kindle. Now I like to use this function when myself busy on some boring things, say when on the step machine or doing some housework…

I like reading and at the beginning I did miss a bit on the feeling of reading books. But now I love to hold the Kindle, the e-ink seems to work very well, it is really like reading books… Now I often read with the Kindle for several hours but I feel tired… And I now prefer to manage all books inside the Kindle rather than my never big enough bookshelf… And like to do bookmarking, annotation, dictionary lookup without any additional thing but a Kindle.

There are quite a lot of free books, and many Kindle books, magazines and newspapers are cheaper than the actual paper version. I remember I read these reviews about the benefits of the Kindle when I decided to buy it:

Yes, it is in a DVWP. I used the string code you described in this to parse out the name and display it as text so that I could then add a hyperlink to it. When I did it the other way it did display the name correctly, but it was the name “with presence,” and I want to hyperlink each name to go to a different link, not the SharePoint user information. Is there a way to display the name without the “presence” and add a different hyperlink to it? Thanks so much for your help!

9–8 These essays offer a persuasive analysis of Shakespeare’s use of literary elements to convey

they provide convincing readings of Wolsey’s complex response, Shakespeare’s use of literary
devices, and the relationship between the two. They demonstrate consistent and effective control
over the elements of composition in language appropriate to the analysis of poetic speech. Their
textual references are apt and specific. Though they may not be error-free, these essays are
perceptive in their analysis and demonstrate writing that is clear and sophisticated, and in the
case of an essay earning a 9, especially persuasive.
7–6 These competent essays offer a reasonable analysis of Shakespeare’s use of literary elements to
convey Wolsey’s complex response to his dismissal. They are less thorough or less precise in their
discussion of Wolsey’s response and Shakespeare’s use of literary techniques, and their analysis of
the relationship between the two is less convincing. These essays demonstrate the student’s
ability to express ideas clearly with references to the text, although they do not exhibit the same
level of effective writing as essays in the 9–8 scoring range. While essays scored 7–6 are generally
well written, those scored a 7 demonstrate more sophistication in both substance and style.
5 These essays may respond to the assigned task with a plausible reading of Shakespeare’s use of
literary elements to convey Wolsey’s response, but they may be superficial in their analysis of the
speech. They often rely on paraphrase, but paraphrase that contains some analysis, implicit or
explicit. Their analysis of Wolsey’s response or Shakespeare’s techniques may be vague, formulaic,
or minimally by references to the text. There may be minor misinterpretations of the
speech. The essays demonstrate some control of language, but the writing may be marred by
surface errors. These essays are not as well conceived, organized, or developed as those in the 7–6
range.
4–3 These lower-half essays fail to offer an adequate analysis of the speech. The analysis may be
unconvincing, or irrelevant, or may ignore the complexity of Wolsey’s response or
Shakespeare’s use of techniques. Evidence from the speech may be slight or misconstrued, or the
essays may rely on paraphrase only. The writing often demonstrates a lack of control over the
conventions of composition: inadequate development of ideas, accumulation of errors, or a focus
that is unclear, inconsistent, or repetitive. Essays scored a 3 may contain significant misreading
and/or demonstrate incompetent writing.
2–1 These essays compound the weaknesses of those in the 4–3 range. Although some attempt has
been made to respond to the prompt, are presented with little clarity, organization, or
from the speech. The essays may contain serious errors in grammar and mechanics. They
may offer a complete misreading or be unacceptably brief. Essays scored a 1 contain little coherent
discussion of the speech.
0 These essays do no more than make a reference to the task.
Overview
This question asked students to read carefully a passage from Shakespeare’s play Henry VIII and to write a
well-organized essay analyzing Shakespeare’s use of literary techniques to convey Cardinal Wolsey’s
complex response to his dismissal from Although the passage is not technically a poem but rather a
poetic passage from a play, it contains poetic language and techniques; these include allusion, figurative
language, and tone, which the prompt invited students to consider as examples.
In its phrasing, the question asked students to analyze Wolsey’s complex response to his sudden downfall
from his position as advisor to the king. With the word “complex,” the question encouraged students to see
more than one dimension of thought and feeling in the speech, including potentially contradictory or
conflicting responses. It asked students to connect content and technique: not only what Wolsey thinks
and feels, but also how the playwright represents those complex responses through the use of literary
